How to order

Select the items you require, note down the item number and descriptions (CL-OB) and email them to us together with your full contact details. Please use the form below, or email sales@gillyandstripes.co.uk.

If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please call 0845 050 4654 (local rate).

We will send you an invoice, which should be paid prior to the order being dispatched.

How to pay

We accept cheques, cash (own risk), postal orders or payment by credit card via PayPal. If you wish to pay by PayPal, please specify when ordering so we can invoice accordingly.

It is necessary to wait until ALL funds have cleared before posting out goods. In the case of cheques received it can take five working days from the day of banking before we can be certain of cleared funds. Therefore please allow 7-10 days before your goods are received.

Delivery Charges

UK
First Class (uninsurred) £1.00 then £0.50 for each bracelet.
Recorded Delivery (uninsured) - £2.00 then £0.50 for each bracelet.
Special Delivery (insured) - £4.50 then £0.50 for each bracelet.

When will my Order be delivered?

You will receive confirmation of your order and invoiced by e-mail. If the item is in stock, and your payment has been received/cleared it will usually be delivered within 2 working days. We will contact you if the item is out of stock or if there is going to be an unexpected delay.

What if I dont like the goods, or they are faulty?

You are entitled to a full refund provided the bracelet and charms are in their original condition and packaging and we recieve them back within 14 days. If you are returning an item to us for a refund you have to cover the cost of the postage and the refund will be minus our postal costs. If you wish to exchange an item you have to cover the cost of the postage. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

If your order is damaged on receipt, or you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us or use the form below with the details of the problem as soon as possible, but within 7 days. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of postage and exchange the item.

It is recommended you obtain proof of posting as Gilly and Stripes does not accept responsibility for any goods that fail to be returned.
